Experienced Beauty Therapist
White Sage Health and Beauty – Princes Risborough
Full-Time / Part-Time Position Available

White Sage Health and Beauty is a modern, welcoming salon in the heart of Princes Risborough, dedicated to delivering high-quality treatments with a holistic, client-focused approach. We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team.

About the Role:

As a Beauty Therapist at White Sage Health and Beauty, you will be responsible for delivering a wide range of beauty treatments to a high standard, building rapport with clients, and contributing to a relaxing and professional environment.

Treatments We Offer:

Advanced Facials (including microdermabrasion, LED, and peels)
Waxing (including intimate waxing)
Massage Therapy (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone)
Manicures & Pedicures (using premium brands)
Lash & Brow Treatments (including tinting, shaping, lash lifts)
Spray Tanning
Body Treatments (including cellulite reduction and body contouring)
IPL & Laser Treatments (training provided if required)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service and personalised treatments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene to salon standards
Conduct thorough consultations and maintain client records
Recommend products and aftercare advice
Contribute to a positive, team-focused atmosphere
Stay updated with industry trends and training

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
At least 2 years’ salon experience preferred
Skilled in facials, massage, waxing, nails, and lash/brow treatments
Friendly, reliable, and well-presented with excellent communication skills
Passionate about skincare and client wellbeing
Laser/IPL experience is a plus, but training can be provided
