About the role

We’re looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our Food Beverage team at Crieff Hydro. With a choice of restaurants across the resort offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a leadership role in a busy, varied dining environment.

Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you’ll help oversee smooth day-to-day operations - leading by example during service, supporting the team on the floor, and keeping standards consistently high.

You’ll also play a key role in coaching and developing a team of servers and bartenders - getting involved in training, rotas, recruitment, and team engagement. It’s a hands-on, people-first role in a fast-paced, friendly environment where no two days are the same.

This is a full-time, permanent position (45 hours per week), and live-in accommodation is available. Accommodation is typically single occupancy with an ensuite bathroom.

What we need from you

Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role in a similar restaurant or hotel setting.
Leadership: A confident, approachable team leader who brings out the best in others.
Organisation: Calm under pressure and able to coordinate smooth, efficient service.
Team Player: Always ready to support your team and collaborate with other departments.
Passion for Food Drink: A genuine interest in Scottish produce, guest experience, and great hospitality.
