Together4Children Regional Permanency Partnership is dedicated to transforming the lives of children and families across the region. We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and compassionate Business Support Administrator to join our committed Team. The role will consist of a hybrid working pattern consisting of both office base and home working. As a service we offer a flexible working approach and are happy to discuss the hours / working days for this role.

By working together, we aim to:

Make best use of our collective resources to recruit, assess and support prospective adopters and foster carers across the region.
Improve the quality and speed of matching for children through better planning and by having a wider choice of families.
Provide high quality support to children and their families delivered through a combination of direct provision and effective partnerships.
Provide all children and their families with the right support at the right time through a consistent permanency support offer available across the region.
Respond to the regulatory requirements in respect of Adoption (including Non-Agency Adoptions and Intercountry Adoption).

Main Responsibilities

As a Business Support Administrator, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our Adoption Partnership. You'll provide high quality administrative support to Social Workers, Managers and Prospective Adopters, helping us to deliver an exceptional service to children.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing and maintaining accurate case records and databases.
Handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and in line with Legal requirements.
Coordinating / minuting meetings, and documentation to a high standard.
Supporting the progression of adoption assessments and approvals.
Acting as a friendly, efficient point of contact for internal and external enquiries.
Contributing to continuous improvement and development within the service.

The Ideal Candidate

The following minimum essential criteria will be used for shortlisting,

Strong administrative experience
Excellent organisational skills
The ability to manage conflicting priorities
Confident IT skills, including Microsoft Office and case management systems.
A calm, supportive approach when working with sensitive situations.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
A positive, team focused attitude and a willingness to learn and develop.

Closing date will be the 25.08.2026 and shortlisting will take place by the 28.08.2026. Interviews will be held during the week starting 01.09.2026.
