GYM INSTRUCTOR

Location: Hustyn Hotel, Cornwall

Pay - 14.80 to 17 Pounds

Job Summary

Energize and inspire others as a Gym Instructor, guiding individuals through safe and effective fitness routines while fostering a motivating environment. You will lead group classes, provide personalized coaching, and promote healthy lifestyles by sharing your expertise in sports coaching, teaching, and anatomy. This role is perfect for passionate fitness enthusiasts eager to make a positive impact on clients’ well-being and fitness journeys. All positions are paid, emphasizing the value we place on your skills and dedication.

Duties

Lead engaging group fitness classes tailored to diverse skill levels and interests
Provide one-on-one coaching to help clients achieve their personal health goals
Demonstrate proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness
Educate clients on anatomy, biomechanics, and exercise principles to enhance understanding
Monitor clients’ form during workouts and offer constructive feedback for improvement
Develop customized workout plans based on individual needs and fitness levels
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming gym environment to promote safety and motivation

Experience

Proven sports coaching experience with a track record of motivating participants
Strong teaching skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly
Knowledge of human anatomy and biomechanics to guide safe exercise practices
Enthusiastic attitude with excellent interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients
Ability to adapt coaching methods to accommodate different age groups and abilities
