You’ll be joining us at our Tonbridge practice in central Tonbridge TN9 1BX on a full time basis (40 hours per week).

Your future in our Tonbridge practice

Private only practice offering Implants, aligners, periodontics, endodontics and oral surgery
6 surgery practice equipped with the latest equipment
Parking is available.

Up to £40,000p.a depending on experience

Your future, your role

As a Practice Manager, you’ll be:

Driving your practice’s performance with set objectives, including providing outstanding patient care, meeting financial targets, and managing budgets
Leading a team of practice support employees, including dental nurses and receptionists, and engaging with self-employed clinicians whilst you manage the contractual relationship
Managing compliance and meeting the requirements of our regulators
Interpreting financial data including profit and loss accounts to make commercial decisions

You will enjoy being part of a team that’s passionate about caring for patients and helping the nation smile.

Skills and Experience

Strong people management skills and able to develop a team
Good commercial acumen with experience hitting targets, KPI's and budgets
Previous Managerial experience within a Retail, Leisure or Hospitality sector business is transferable to this position.
