The Role
Are you passionate about social media, content creation, photography, video and digital marketing? Do you spend time creating content on TikTok, Instagram or LinkedIn and want to turn that interest into a professional career?
We are looking for a creative, motivated and confident Apprentice Marketing Executive to join our growing business. This is not a typical desk-based marketing role. You will be actively visiting construction sites, capturing real projects in action, creating engaging content and helping grow the online presence of our group companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Visiting construction sites to capture high-quality photos and video content of projects, engineers and completed works
- Creating engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms
- Supporting the growth and management of social media accounts across multiple group companies
- Scheduling and publishing regular content to keep channels active and engaging
- Responding to comments, messages and engaging with relevant industry accounts
- Helping increase brand awareness, audience growth, engagement and enquiries
- Creating posts, reels, videos, graphics, project updates and case studies from site content
- Assisting with website content and SEO-focused articles where required
- Using AI tools to support content creation, planning, idea generation, scheduling and reporting
- Ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels
About You
This opportunity is ideal for someone who is ambitious, organised and eager to begin a professional career through an apprenticeship.
You will have/be:
- A genuine interest in social media, content creation and marketing
- Comfortable creating photo and video content
- Experience using Canva for content creation and graphic design
- Experience using SEMrush for social media scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking
- Understanding of TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Creative mindset with a good eye for design and visual presentation
- Confident communicator able to engage with engineers, project teams and office staff
- Willingness to visit active construction sites and capture content on location
- Full UK driving license and access to transport
- Located within a reasonable commuting distance of the office
Most importantly, we're looking for someone with drive, curiosity and determination.

- Blog articles or website content
- Social media accounts you have managed or helped grow
- Any other relevant marketing or creative work
