Job Summary

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Care Navigator/Receptionist, where you will be the friendly face and organised voice that supports patients and staff alike. Duties

Greet patients, visitors, and staff warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere at the front desk
Schedule, confirm, and coordinate patient appointments with precision and care
Manage incoming calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members promptly
Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and administrative documentation
Assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary forms are completed accurately
Collaborate with healthcare providers to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication during busy clinic hours

Qualifications

Prior experience demonstrating strong organisational skills and professionalism
Administrative experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is highly desirable
