As our Gas & Heating Safety Surveyor, you'll become a key member of our newly created Corporate Property Compliance Team, providing specialist technical expertise across both Housing and Corporate Property.

What You'll Be Doing
Working alongside a team of specialist compliance surveyors, you'll:
Lead technical inspections across domestic, commercial and communal heating systems across over 10,000 properties.
Provide expert advice on gas safety and mechanical compliance.
Review and challenge contractor certification to ensure the highest standards.
Identify risks before they become incidents.
Help shape future compliance procedures and policy and influence strategic decision making.
Support low-carbon heating and decarbonisation projects.
Play a key role in delivering one of the Council's most ambitious compliance transformation programmes.
Make a genuine difference to people's safety every single day.
