Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Location: London (hybrid)

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 base, plus uncapped commission [confirm OTE structure]

About Healthera
Healthera is a digital health platform on a mission to make medicine easily accessible for everyone who needs it, while giving hardworking pharmacy teams the technology to work smarter. Our patient app and pharmacy platform already support over 750,000 patients and 1,700+ pharmacies across the UK, with partners including the NHS, Superdrug and UberEats. Fewer than 5% of medicines are ordered digitally today - we're building the technology that changes that.
We help independent pharmacies and pharmacy groups launch branded apps and websites, manage prescriptions and bookings through a single dashboard, and unlock new revenue through NHS and private services. As we grow our commercial team, we're looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to fuel our pipeline.
The Role
As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact between Healthera and the pharmacies we want to work with. You'll research and reach out to prospective pharmacy owners and decision-makers by phone and email, spark their interest in Healthera's platform, and book qualified meetings for our Account Executives to take through to close. This is a high-activity, target-driven role that's ideal for someone who loves to hunt and has a drive to succeed in their sales career. We also offer a clear path to becoming an Account Executive.
What You'll Do

Make a high volume of outbound calls each day to prospective pharmacy customers, opening conversations and generating interest in Healthera's platform.
Write and send targeted, personalised outbound emails as part of structured prospecting sequences.
Qualify outbound leads against our ideal customer profile before passing them on.
Book qualified meetings and product demos into Account Executives' calendars, and hand over clean, well-briefed opportunities.
Research target pharmacies and pharmacy groups to identify the right decision-makers and tailor your outreach.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records of all activity, calls, emails and opportunities in the CRM.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for calls, emails, and meetings booked.
Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging, targeting and outreach based on what's converting.
Represent Healthera professionally in every interaction, building genuine interest and trust from the very first conversation.

What We're Looking For

Some experience in an SDR, BDR, telesales, or outbound sales role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the confidence to pick up the phone and speak to business owners.
Resilience and a positive attitude towards a high-volume, target-driven role - comfortable with rejection and motivated to keep going.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail when managing a pipeline of leads.
A genuine curiosity about Healthera's customers and a desire to understand their business so you can speak to their needs credibly.
Comfortable using a CRM and other sales tools [e.g. HubSpot] day-to-day; experience with sales engagement tools is a plus but not required.
An interest in healthcare, pharmacy, or health technology is an advantage.

Base salary of £30,000–£35,000, plus commission.
