About The Heath Inn

The Heath Inn is a welcoming pub and hotel known for great food, quality drinks, comfortable accommodation, and exceptional customer service. We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking individuals to join our growing team. Whether you're an experienced chef, a skilled bartender, or looking to start your career in hospitality as a Kitchen Porter, we'd love to hear from you.

Available RolesChef de Partie

As a Chef de Partie, you'll work alongside our kitchen team to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent food hygiene and presentation standards.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking fresh food.
Managing your kitchen section during service.
Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
Supporting the Head Chef and wider kitchen team.
Assisting with stock rotation and kitchen organisation.

Bartender

Our Bartenders are responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while delivering outstanding customer service and preparing a wide range of drinks.

Responsibilities include:

Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Providing friendly, professional customer service.
Maintaining a clean and organised bar.
Processing payments and operating the till.
Following licensing and health & safety regulations.

Kitchen Porter

Kitchen Porters play a vital role in keeping our kitchen running efficiently and maintaining high cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include:

Washing dishes, cookware, and kitchen equipment.
Keeping kitchen areas clean and organised.
Assisting with deliveries and stock storage.
Supporting chefs with basic preparation when required.
Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures.

What We're Looking For

A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Excellent customer service skills (Front of House roles).
Passion for hospitality and delivering great guest experiences.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Previous experience is preferred for Chef de Partie and Bartender roles, but training can be provided for the right candidates.
