Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Chef to lead our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing food preparation, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation. Your leadership will inspire teamwork in a fast-paced environment, fostering creativity and consistency across all dishes. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary expertise while managing kitchen operations efficiently and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Duties

Lead and supervise the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations and high-quality food production
Prepare, cook, and present a variety of dishes with attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency
Manage food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and proper storage procedures to comply with health regulations
Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste to optimize kitchen efficiency
Train and mentor team members in food preparation techniques, safety practices, and service standards
Collaborate with management on menu development, seasonal offerings, and special events
Ensure timely serving of dishes while maintaining excellent customer service standards

Requirements

Proven experience in food production, cooking, and kitchen management within a hospitality or restaurant setting
Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in managing culinary teams
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling
Excellent culinary skills across diverse cuisines with an eye for detail in presentation
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Exceptional team management abilities to motivate staff and foster a collaborative atmosphere
Prior restaurant experience is highly desirable; serving experience is a plus for understanding guest needs
