About the Role

CONCEPT ESTATE AGENTS LIMITED is looking for a reliable and experienced *IT Operations Technician* to support and manage the day-to-day IT requirements of the group.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our IT systems, equipment and day-to-day technical operations run smoothly, while providing effective technical support to staff across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day IT operational and technical support tasks across the group.
Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to staff with hardware, software and IT-related issues.
Install, configure and maintain computers, peripherals, software and other IT equipment.
Monitor and maintain IT systems to help ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Assist with user accounts, access permissions and basic network-related issues.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and professional manner.
Support system updates, backups, security measures and routine maintenance.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment, incidents and technical activities.
Liaise with external IT suppliers or service providers when required.
Assist with IT projects, upgrades and implementation of new systems.
Follow company IT policies and security procedures.
Provide general IT support to different departments within the group.

Essential Requirements

A relevant degree in *Information Technology, Computer Science, IT Systems, or a related subject
2–3 years of relevant IT experience*, preferably in an IT support or IT operations environment.
Good knowledge of computer hardware, software and common IT systems.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A proactive approach to identifying and resolving IT issues.What We Offer
Salary of £35,200 per annum
38 hours per week
Opportunity to work across the IT operations of an established property group.
A varied role with responsibility for supporting the organisation's day-to-day technology needs.
