Full job description

Job Overview
We are looking for CSCS Labourer with a valid dumper ticket, you must hold a valid CSCS card. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various construction projects, ensuring that groundwork is completed efficiently and to the highest standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

This will be on a trial basis, if showing that you work well then will lead to permanent full time work.

Duties

Carry out excavation and earthmoving tasks as directed by site supervisors.
Prepare sites for construction by clearing debris and levelling ground.
Assist in the installation of drainage systems, foundations, and other groundwork elements.
Operate machinery such as dumpers safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
Report any issues or concerns to the site supervisor promptly.

Qualifications

Previous experience in groundwork or construction is preferred but not essential.
Ability to operate basic construction machinery is advantageous.
Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual labour tasks.
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry is beneficial.
A valid driving licence.
A valid dumper ticket.
A valid CSCS card.

£140 - £160 per day depending on experience.
