Full job description

Customer Service Administrator

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday to Friday | Office-Based

ACE is looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our small, friendly and busy team.

This is a predominantly telephone based role, so we are specifically looking for someone who has previous experience working in a customer service, call centre or telephone based office environment.

The successful candidate will be confident and professional on the telephone, a strong communicator and a quick learner. You will need to be comfortable dealing with a variety of people and situations throughout the working day, while ensuring information is recorded accurately.

You will be joining a close knit team, so we are looking for someone who works well with others but is equally capable of working independently and using their own initiative.

Full on site training will be provided on our bespoke database and internal procedures.

Key Requirements

Applicants must have:

Previous experience in a customer service, call centre or telephone based office role
Experience handling regular inbound and/or outbound telephone calls
An excellent and professional telephone manner
Strong spoken and written English, with good spelling and grammar
Good keyboard and general computer skills
The confidence to communicate professionally with a wide range of people
Good attention to detail and the ability to record information accurately
The ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
A reliable and professional approach to work
The ability to work both independently and as part of a small team

Please note: This is a fully office based position and is not suitable for applicants looking for remote or hybrid working.
