8-Wheel Tipper Driver – Bathgate

Central Fleet Solutions Ltd
Location: Bathgate, EH48 2FH
Pay: £165–£185 per day
Job Type: Permanent, Monday–Friday
Shifts: Dayshift or Nightshift
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

Due to continued growth and expansion, Central Fleet Solutions is looking for experienced and reliable Tipper Drivers to join our growing team in Bathgate.

The successful candidates will operate commercial tipper vehicles, working primarily within local quarries and delivering aggregates, asphalt/tar and other building materials to construction sites and customers throughout the local area.

Full training will be provided, with excellent opportunities for progression within our growing business.

What We're Looking For

8-Wheel Tipping experience - required
Class 2 HGV driving licence – required
Valid HGV Driver CPC
Quarry or construction industry experience – preferred
MPQC/MPQC Card – preferred
Minimum 2 years' HGV driving experience – preferred
Good understanding of HGV compliance and drivers' hours
Strong commitment to professional driving standards
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
Ability to work independently while being part of a friendly team

Key Responsibilities

Safely transporting aggregates, asphalt/tar and other building materials
Delivering materials to construction sites and customer locations
Operating safely within active quarries and busy construction environments
Completing daily vehicle safety and defect checks
Ensuring vehicles are operated in accordance with legal and company requirements
Complying with drivers' hours, working time and HGV regulations
Maintaining a professional standard when representing the company
Reporting any vehicle defects, incidents or operational issues promptly
