Office Administrator / Sales Support (Maternity Cover)

Part-Time | 3 Days per Week (Monday–Wednesday) | 9:00am–5:00pm

Creedy Carver are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Office Administrator / Sales Support to join our team on a part-time maternity cover basis, initially from September to December, with the potential for the role to be extended.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys working with customers, has an interest in sales, and is happy to get involved wherever they're needed.

The Role

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing general office administration support.
Speaking with customers, taking orders, and delivering excellent customer service.
Promoting and upselling products where appropriate.
Assisting with day-to-day sales administration.
Training to carry out factory allocation duties for approximately one hour each day.
Supporting other areas of the business when required as part of a close-knit team.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Has an interest in sales and enjoys building relationships with customers.
Is organised, proactive, and able to manage a varied workload.
Is confident using a computer and learning new systems.
Is flexible, willing to learn, and happy to get stuck in wherever needed.
Works well as part of a team but can also use their own initiative.

Our office is based on the outskirts of Crediton in a rural location, so applicants will need to be able to travel to us reliably.
