Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Repairs Co-ordinator to join our team. In this vital role, you will oversee the scheduling, management, and coordination of repair and maintenance activities across various facilities and equipment. Your proactive approach will ensure timely repairs, efficient resource allocation, and seamless communication between technicians, management, and clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead repair projects, streamline processes, and contribute to the smooth operation of our organization’s infrastructure.

Responsibilities

Coordinate repair schedules by liaising with technicians, management, and clients to prioritize urgent maintenance needs.
Manage multiple repair projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are effectively allocated.
Review technical schematics and mechanical or electrical diagrams to accurately diagnose issues and plan repairs.
Report directly into the repairs manager and support them in daily duties.
Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance logs, and project documentation for accountability and future reference.
Collaborate with management to develop preventative maintenance plans that minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Communicate clearly at all levels to provide updates on project status and resolve any issues promptly.

Requirements

Proven experience in project management within a maintenance or repair environment.
Strong skills with previous Co-ordinating experience in technical or mechanical teams.
Mechanical knowledge combined with a solid understanding of maintenance procedures across various equipment types.
Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines.
Fluency in English is essential for effective communication across teams and stakeholders.
