You don’t need a badge to make a difference. As part of our police staff team, your skills and perspective help us cut crime, build safer communities and support victims.

The main purpose of the role is to administer the resource management system and support the Resource Team Leader in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and effective resource management service to the force.

To provide a customer-focused service by responding promptly to requests for assistance, processing service requests, and delivering a range of routine support services.

To ensure service standards, quality, and performance expectations are consistently met, contributing to the continuous improvement of resource management processes.

The post holders of this role may be rotated between teams as part of their Continual Professional Development (CPD)

This role is a hybrid role.

The closing date for this post is 12 noon on Tuesday 11th August 2026
