Job Title: Part-Time Supervisor

Location: Parsons Bakery, Yatton
Hours: Part-time, weekends.

Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of our bakery. This role is ideal for someone with retail or food service experience who enjoys leading by example, delivering great customer service, and supporting a small team.

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the Shop Manager in the smooth daily operation of the bakery
Supervising staff during shifts and acting as a key holder when required
Delivering excellent customer service and maintaining Parsons Bakery standards
Opening and closing the shop in line with company procedures
Handling cash, tills, and basic administrative duties accurately
Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are followed
Training and supporting team members to perform at their best
Managing stock levels, displays, and product availability

About You

Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or food service (supervisory experience desirable but not essential)
Confident, approachable, and able to motivate a team
Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently
Flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends
