The Role

Every patient who walks through our doors should feel genuinely welcomed, listened to and cared for. You'll often be the very first and last person they see, making you one of the most important members of our team and playing a huge part in the impression we leave.

Alongside delivering exceptional customer service, you'll help keep our busy clinics running smoothly while supporting the continued growth of the business through administration, marketing and patient engagement.

No two days are the same. Responsibilities include:

Welcoming patients with warmth, empathy and professionalism
Managing appointments, enquiries, telephone calls and emails
Supporting clinicians and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the clinics
Providing outstanding customer service throughout every patient journey
Assisting with marketing campaigns and social media content
Helping create engaging digital content and promote our services
Maintaining accurate patient records and administrative systems
Looking for opportunities to improve processes and enhance the patient experience
Supporting events, promotions and wider business initiatives

About You

Is tech-savvy and comfortable using Microsoft Office, online systems and social media
Has experience or an interest in creating engaging social media content
Works collaboratively and actively supports those around them
Is positive, encouraging and enjoys contributing to a strong team culture
Is willing to go the extra mile for both patients and colleagues
Has an enthusiasm for health, fitness and wellbeing

Previous experience within a healthcare, health and wellbeing, fitness or customer service environment would be highly desirable, but is by no means essential. We are far more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, compassion, enthusiasm and willingness to learn. What We Offer

Salary of £25,500–£27,500 depending on experience
Full-time permanent role
28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
An additional day's annual leave for every completed year of service after your first year, up to a maximum of 5 extra days
