Full job description

SNS is a dynamic, creative and innovative digital marketing agency specialising in social media, influencer marketing and content creation. With a diverse portfolio of global and household names as clients, we are proud to be one of the most established and exciting agencies in Norfolk.

Our in-house specialists are at the forefront of the industry, researching and adapting to trends and pushing our clients' creative boundaries. They are industry experts who exceed expectations and deliver the best service for our clients, helping to make SNS one of the most exciting and forward-thinking social agencies around.

We're looking for an experienced social media marketing strategist to own the journey from first enquiry through to pitch, turning initial brand conversations into exciting proposals. With a strong focus on social media, TikTok, and influencer campaign briefs, you will build excellent relationships with new and existing clients, collaborating with the team to deliver bespoke digital marketing concepts and solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full new business workflow from responding to inbound enquiries with detailed, bespoke marketing proposals through to pitch delivery
Develop excellent relationships with potential and existing clients
Create package prices and terms
Join brand discovery calls and translate conversations into clear, actionable briefs
Lead brief responses end-to-end: building compelling and competitive marketing proposals, collaborating with colleagues and using data and insight tools to inform strategy
Monitor trends and competitors, keeping up to date with the market and social media space
Run creative brainstorms to shape strong, brief-led ideas
Keep the pipeline up to date and accurate within our CRM system and produce regular reports on new business activity
Represent the agency at business networking events
Managing email campaigns
Creating media/intro decks and seasonal offers

What We're Looking For

Social media strategy experience (2+ years)
A highly motivated and results driven self-starter
Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
Confidence managing the full new business process independently, start to finish
Strong organisational skills, adept at coordinating multiple people and moving parts at once
Experience in creating and developing social media marketing strategies
A solid grasp of social media and influencer marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram
Experience in using data/insight tools to support proposals
CRM experience
