As a Guest Service Team Member, you’re more than just part of the team — you’re part of the experience, shaping the moments and memories our guests will carry with them long after they leave.

What You Will Do In This Splendid Role:

As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in shaping our guests’ stay, offering a warm welcome and support that turn good visits into great ones. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

Using your approachable personality to build great connections with guests.
Demonstrating your confidence in handling check-ins, bookings and guest requests.
You’ll bring great communication skills and love sharing your local know-how to help guests make the most of their stay.
Being a team player who’s flexible and happy to help wherever needed.
Assisting the Food and Beverage department, clearing tables, stocking the buffet and providing a consistent level of guest service.
Assisting the Housekeeping department in preparing rooms for guests' arrival, dealing with linen and maintaining a high level of cleanliness and tidiness in the storages.
