Besure Building & Maintenance Services Ltd is looking for a reliable, professional Multi-Skilled Builder with a plumbing bias to join our growing team, carrying out disabled adaptation and home improvement works for local authorities, housing associations and private clients.

This is a rewarding role where you'll be helping frail, elderly and disabled people remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Typical Works Include:

Installing grab rails and support rails
Fitting key clamp handrails
Installing timber stair handrails and looped stair rails
Minor plumbing works
Bathroom adaptation works
Small maintenance and repair jobs
General multi-trade works within occupied homes

What We're Looking For:

Multi-skilled tradesperson with a plumbing background preferred
Experience working in occupied properties
Social housing experience would be an advantage
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Professional and customer-focused approach
Comfortable working with elderly, disabled and vulnerable residents
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Team player who can also work on their own initiative
Full UK driving licence
Own van and tools preferred

Essential Requirements:

DBS checked (or willing to obtain one)
Excellent customer service skills
Reliable, trustworthy and punctual
Good communication skills
Right to work in the UK

Day rate of £200–£250 depending on experience and package
