Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled self employed Painter & Decorator to join our team. The ideal candidate is required to have a valid drivers licence and have use of their own van. The work consists of internal and external decorations for local managment estates and void work

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or cracks.
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
Select appropriate materials and colours based on client specifications and preferences.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their vision and provide expert advice on design choices.
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure the cleanliness of the work area.
Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while working on-site.
Drive to various job locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled work.

Experience

Proven experience in painting and decorating is required
Ability to communicate fluently in English to effectively interact with clients and team members.
A valid driving licence is required
Use of your own van
Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for colour matching and finishing techniques.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in order to meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Freelance

Pay: £160.00 per day
