Job Title: Dental Receptionist
Location: West London
Salary: £13.00-£16.00 (DOE)

About the Practice
We are a busy, well-established dental practice in West London, dedicated to providing high-quality care in a welcoming and professional environment. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.

The Role
As a Dental Receptionist, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent patient experience from the moment patients walk through the door. You will manage the front desk, coordinate appointments, and support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and provide a professional first impression
Manage appointment bookings, cancellations, and diary coordination
Answer phone calls and respond to patient enquiries efficiently
Handle patient records in line with GDPR and confidentiality requirements
Process payments and discuss basic treatment costs where required
Liaise with clinicians and the wider team to ensure smooth patient flow
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

Requirements

Previous experience in a dental reception role preferred
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Confident using dental software systems Dentally
Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
