Job Summary

We’re on the lookout for a friendly and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is all about keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, providing essential support to ensure daily operations are efficient and effective. If you enjoy multitasking, staying organized, and helping others stay on track, this position is perfect for you! You’ll be the go-to person for administrative tasks, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting various office functions with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
Answer phone calls with professional etiquette, directing inquiries and taking messages as needed.
Prepare and edit documents using Microsoft Office applications and Google Workspace tools.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating calendars for team members.
Support invoicing and bookkeeping tasks by utilizing QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
Handle incoming correspondence and emails promptly to ensure clear communication channels.
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and maintaining office supplies.

Skills

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
Experience with data entry and clerical work to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
Strong typing skills to support quick document processing.
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
