Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to join our team! This vital role combines administrative excellence with financial acumen, ensuring smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping. You will be the backbone of our daily activities, managing essential administrative tasks while maintaining precise bookkeeping practices. Responsibilities

Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply inventory
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Process accounts payable by verifying invoices, preparing payments, and ensuring timely vendor transactions
Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing and tracking incoming payments
Reconcile bank statements and financial reports to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support payroll administration and employee expense reimbursements
Organize and file important documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

Proven experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles and accounts payable processes
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Effective communication skills for interacting with team members and vendors
Prior experience in office administration or bookkeeping is preferred but not required
