Job description

Hours: Minimum of 10 hours/week, average of 12-15 hours

Salary: £13.50/hour after completion of probation (Min wage rate applicable during training/probation)

Benefits: 5.6 weeks of yearly paid holiday

Probation Period: 4 months

Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant/Receptionist. This role requires flexibility, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn about chiropractic care and clinic procedures.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide exceptional customer service both in-person and over the telephone.

2. Perform administrative tasks.

3. Manage reception duties including greeting visitors, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.

4. Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

5. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Eligible to work in the UK

2. Available to start training within the next week or two

3. Flexibility to cover holidays

4. Flexibility to work early evenings

5. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

6. Extensive customer service experience, preferably in both face-to-face and telephone settings.

7. Able to work independently and apply sound judgment and common sense in day-to-day tasks during and after training, and can take initiative to act on feedback and make necessary adjustments

8. Self-motivated and excellent communication skills.

9. Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and basic knowledge of office equipment.

10. Must be well-presented and articulate face to face and over the phone
