Experienced Fish Filleters

Location: Anstruther, Fife
Job Type: Full-time (40 hours per week) / Part-time considered
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Pay: £16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience

We are looking for an experienced Fish Filleters to join our busy seafood processing team in Anstruther, Fife.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled individual with previous fish filleting experience to become part of a well-established business that values quality, teamwork, and reliability.

Responsibilities

Fillet and prepare fish to a high standard.
Ensure products meet quality specifications while minimising waste.
Work efficiently and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow all food hygiene, health and safety, and company procedures.

Requirements

Previous fish filleting experience is essential.
Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and commitment to producing high-quality work.

What We Offer

Competitive pay of £16.00–£18.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Full-time: 40 hours per week.
Part-time applications will also be considered for the right candidate.
Monday to Friday working pattern.
