About Quest Medical

Quest Medical (UK) Ltd is one of the UK’s leading providers of logistics and maintenance services supporting the mobile medical industry. Our services support hospitals, healthcare providers and specialist medical facilities across the UK.

Our operations team plays a vital role in coordinating engineers, managing service requests and ensuring that critical medical equipment and mobile facilities remain operational.

We are currently looking for a Scheduling Team Member / Administrator to join our Heyford Depot office on a 1 year fixed-term contract.

The Role

As a Scheduling Team Member, you will support the operations team by coordinating engineer schedules, logging service requests and ensuring accurate communication between engineers, customers and internal departments.

This is a fast-paced operational role where organisation, attention to detail and strong communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate engineers using internal systems
Monitor engineer availability and allocate jobs effectively
Log breakdowns and service requests accurately
Maintain accurate records and update scheduling systems
Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments
Provide operational support to the helpdesk and scheduling teams
Ensure accurate job information is captured to support invoicing and reporting
Assist with general administrative tasks within the operations team

What We’re Looking For

Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and telephone skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
High attention to detail
IT literate and confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
A proactive and team-oriented approach

Working Hours

During the training period, your normal working hours will be Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm.
Following successful completion of training, you may be required to work a rotating shift pattern of: 7:00am to 3:00pm or 10:00am to 6:00pm

Overtime Opportunities

Overtime may be available depending on operational requirements.

Overtime rates are paid as follows:

Monday – Friday: standard hourly rate
Saturday: time and a half (1.5x)
Sunday: double pay (2x)
