About the Role:

Salary 30K

Job Description: Overseeing daily office operations to ensure efficiency across administrative roles. Supporting business operations by maintaining a well-organised and productive work environment.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders
Co ordinate meetings & company events
Handle correspondence
Manage day to day office operations and administrative functions
Co ordinate maintenance repairs and facility needs
Act as a point of contact for staff queries
Co ordinate between departments and external partners
Act as a front facing representative for visitors and clients
Support teams with admin tasks
Promote a positive office culture and employee engagement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
