Office Order & Quotes Processor

Kontora Ltd are looking for an Office Order & Quotes Processor to join our growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career within a friendly, supportive team at an expanding company. Previous experience in the window, door and glazing industry is not essential, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.

Based in Elmswell IP30, Suffolk - Kontora Ltd specialises in the manufacture of high-quality aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems for residential and commercial projects. We take pride in delivering exceptional products while maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, reliability and customer service.

This role involves processing customer quotations and orders using our software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process. The successful candidate will provide friendly, professional customer service, working closely with colleagues and customers to deliver an excellent experience.

We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and eager to learn. As our product range continues to grow, you'll have the opportunity to develop your knowledge, gain valuable skills and progress your career alongside the continued success of the business.

We require:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn new systems and products.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to process orders and quotations accurately.
Friendly, professional and confident customer service skills.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work well as part of a team or independently using your own initiative.
Competent IT skills and confidence using computer software (full training on our systems will be provided).
Reliability, with excellent timekeeping and attendance.
