Job Role: Community Care Support Worker

Contract: Flexible options available

Location: Letchworth and surrounding areas

Hourly rate: £13.71 - £20.57 per hour

We are committed to your success and will provide you with all the comprehensive training, dedicated support, and confidence you need to excel in this rewarding career!

Within this role, you will provide dignified, person-centered support aligned with each client's individual care plan. This includes tailored assistance with personal care, safe mobility, medication management, domestic tasks, and essential errands, all delivered with a focus on building genuine companionship and promoting independence at home.

What you’ll bring:
