Full job description

Role Overview

Develop strategic partnerships and identify commercial opportunities that support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and develop new commercial partnerships aligned with organisational goals.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Utilise Salesforce and other CRM software to track interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
Support marketing initiatives by providing insights into market dynamics and partnership opportunities.
Monitor the performance of existing partnerships and identify areas for growth or improvement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management within a relevant industry.
Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce; experience with other CRM platforms is advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport at all organisational levels.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach towards identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.

This role is ideal for a professional eager to leverage their relationship-building skills within a forward-thinking organisation committed to growth through strategic partnerships.

Pay: £75,000.00 per year
