Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Bartender/Server and become the heart of our lively hospitality environment! In this dynamic role, you’ll craft delicious drinks, serve memorable meals, and create welcoming experiences for every guest. Your energy and enthusiasm will help foster a fun, friendly atmosphere where patrons feel valued and eager to return. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality skills while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of beverages with precision and flair, ensuring each drink meets quality standards.
Take food and drink orders accurately, providing friendly recommendations and attentive service throughout guests’ dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Manage multiple tables or bar stations efficiently by prioritizing tasks with excellent time management skills.
Handle cash transactions, process payments accurately, and provide correct change using basic math skills.
Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing questions or concerns with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Follow all restaurant policies, including serving alcohol responsibly and verifying guest ages in compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred but not required; a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are essential.
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service practices is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
Ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure in a lively environment.
A friendly demeanor with a genuine passion for providing excellent service to diverse guests.

Hours

Typically shift will be Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday & Monday off
Hours will be 2:00pm to 10:00pm
