Patient Concierge / Customer Experience Superstar/Dental Receptionist

Dental Rooms, a leading private specialist dental practice in Wimbledon Village, is looking for a warm, polished and highly organised Patient Concierge / Customer Experience Superstar to join our front-of-house team.

This is much more than a traditional reception role.

You will be one of the first faces our patients see and a key part of the experience we deliver. From the moment a patient walks through our doors, your role is to make them feel comfortable, looked after and confident that they are in the right hands.

Your Background Doesn't Have to Be Dental

We care more about your attitude, personality and customer service skills than your previous job title.

We would particularly welcome applications from people with experience in:

⭐ Luxury hotels and hospitality
⭐ Concierge services
⭐ Premium retail
⭐ Private healthcare
⭐ High-end restaurants
⭐ Airlines, travel or VIP services
⭐ Client relationship or customer experience roles
⭐ Other premium, customer-facing environments

If you have worked somewhere where the customer experience really matters, you could be exactly the person we're looking for.

Dental experience is desirable but not essential.

Previous experience using SOE (Exact) would be an advantage, but full training can be provided for the right person.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Patient Concierge, you will help create a seamless experience for every patient, including:

Welcoming patients warmly and professionally.
Creating a personalised and memorable patient experience.
Looking after patients throughout their journey at the practice.
Answering calls confidently and professionally.
Dealing with patient enquiries and questions.
Booking and coordinating appointments.
Managing busy clinician diaries and schedules.
Supporting Treatment Coordinators and clinicians where required.
Taking ownership of patient queries and resolving issues proactively.
Taking payments and supporting general administration.
Maintaining accurate patient records.
Working closely with reception, nurses, clinicians, Treatment Coordinators and management.
Helping ensure every patient interaction reflects the high standards of Dental Rooms.
