Pay: £28,000.00 per year

Job Title: Customer Service Administrator

Reporting to: General Manager

In addition to your salary, you will receive:

Location: Office based in Mallusk, Newtownabbey

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, Friday 9am to 3pm

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Overview: At Solarfix, we are experiencing rapid growth and are in search of a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Administrator. This role is essential in enhancing our customers' post-installation experience and driving quality improvements across both domestic and commercial sectors. With over 2000 systems installed across Northern Ireland, our commitment to exceptional customer service is paramount. This role is integral to ensuring that our clients receive prompt and effective resolutions to any technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Collaborate closely with in-house engineers and subcontractors to schedule and manage service calls.
Ensure prompt and effective resolution of product and customer-related snags.
Maintain and update our CRM system throughout all stages of the service process, ensuring accurate record-keeping and closure of service calls upon completion and approval.
Conduct post-installation follow-ups with clients as part of our quality control process.
Handle post-installation administration tasks, including applying for connection agreements with NIE, MCS certificates, and export accounts.
Uphold Solarfix's reputation for excellent customer service, contributing to our continued receipt of 5-star reviews and high client satisfaction.

Comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate upon commencement of employment.

Essential Criteria:

Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including Math and English.
At least 2 AS Levels.
1-2 years of experience in a similar customer service role.
Proven ability in a busy and fast-paced work setting.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using computers, Microsoft Office applications, and Smartphone Apps.
Self-management and initiative in calendar management.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making

Desirable Criteria:

Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Background in the Solar/Renewable energy sector.
Good geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland.
