Job Overview

Join our vibrant team as a Barista/All Rounder and become the heart of our bustling café! In this dynamic role, you'll craft delicious beverages, serve customers with enthusiasm, and assist with food preparation and general café operations. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure every guest has a memorable experience. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service, maintains food safety standards, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and flair
Assist in food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, salads, or baked goods as needed
Ensure all food safety protocols are followed to maintain hygiene standards at all times
Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service that encourages repeat visits
Manage cash register operations accurately, including handling transactions and giving correct change
Maintain cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and dining areas to uphold health standards
Support team members during busy periods by multitasking and managing time effectively

Experience

Previous barista experience is highly preferred; familiarity with coffee machines and beverage preparation
Knowledge of food safety practices and standards to ensure safe handling of all food items
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment demonstrating excellent communication skills
Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy periods
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a lively setting
