Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Cook/Chef and bring your passion for food to life! Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes with precision and creativity, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
Follow established recipes and food safety protocols to maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation
Assist in meal preparation for different service times, including , lunch, and dinner shifts
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and workstations
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of freshly prepared food items
Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management when stock needs replenishing
Collaborate with team members to optimize kitchen workflow and enhance overall service efficiency

Experience

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or hospitality environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety regulations, and sanitation practices
Familiarity with kitchen equipment, tools, and proper handling procedures
Previous experience in meal preparation for diverse menus preferred
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and serve guests effectively
Prior experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn
