Dylan’s is a group of five award-winning waterside restaurants and four stores located on the coast of North Wales. We are passionate about providing exceptional dining experiences, supporting local produce, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join Dylan’s Restaurant in Llangefni, Anglesey. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations and ensuring smooth administrative processes. Based in Llangefni, you will contribute to our mission of celebrating local produce and delivering outstanding service. This is a part time role, 36 hours per week. Monday to Thursday from 9am - 5pm, and 9am-1pm on Fridays. There is flexibility to change the hours.
Responsibilities

Manage daily financial transactions and record-keeping.
Assist with bookkeeping and account reconciliations.
Support budgeting and financial reporting activities.
Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate financial data.
Maintain organised financial documentation.
Provide support during audits and financial reviews.
Contribute to process improvements in financial administration.
Qualifications
Proven experience in finance or accounting roles.
Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Previous experience in hospitality or retail finance is a plus.
