Full job description

As a Bar Supervisor at The Fusco Group, you’ll play a key role in the daily operation of the bar. You’ll assist in managing staff, maintaining stock and inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role suited for someone with a passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and the ability to lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support the bar team during service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Lead by example in delivering high-quality customer service and expertly made beverages.
Assist in training, mentoring, and motivating staff to uphold service standards and team morale.
Manage bar inventory, place orders, and ensure stock levels are maintained and rotated properly.
Monitor compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and cleanliness standards.
Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and poise.
Oversee cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation, and report any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the management team to develop new drinks, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar supervisory or senior bartender role.
Excellent knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and general bar operations.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire a team.
A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
First Aid and Food Safety certifications (preferred).
Must be available weekends
