Full job description

Are you great with people but also can handle admin quickly and efficiently ?

We are looking for a Permanent Part time Team member to join our award winning team. working Friday and Satudays plus up to two other days in the week. Aprox 24hrs

Ideally someone with life skills and 10 years work experience,

You need to be empathetic to our customers at one of the most exciting times in their lives.

Willing to learn all about our products?

You need to be confident on the phone as this is often their first point of contact

Must be able to pay great attention to detail with paperwork and work with other members of the team to check and book in stock as well as follow up on customer queries and aftersales communications, sort invoices and other general admin.

Good written English skills are essential as you will need to be able to write emails, whatsapp and answer social media enquiries.

You need to be fit enough to help with deliveries, carry boxes of up to 15kg out to customers' cars and fit car seats in the back of a three-door car. ( after training )

Expected hours: 16.0 – 24.0 per week
