Full job description

Job Summary

At Balco Global We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our rapidly growing business, specializing in delivering innovative and unique products to the NHS and Justice sectors.

Balco was formed in 2020, and fast becoming a leader in our industry with innovative products, which are largely patented and unique in the industry.

We are a small team, you will be reporting to the Director, alongside his brother who oversees operations and product development. You will from time to time be required to attend trade shows, there are overseas opportunities, right down to helping with packing orders at peak times (March / April).

This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with high-profile clients, promote specialized solutions, and contribute to our expansion within these vital public service areas. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to develop lasting relationships and drive revenue growth. As part of our energetic team, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence and making a meaningful impact through our tailored offerings.

Duties

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the NHS and Justice sectors through targeted outreach and relationship building
Develop comprehensive understanding of our unique products to effectively demonstrate their value to potential clients
New business development, gorwing pipeline with outbound telephone program.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless customer experience
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning to inform sales strategies
Collaborate with small internal teams such as marketing and product development to tailor solutions that meet sector-specific requirements
Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and present compelling pitches that highlight the benefits of our innovative offerings
Provide ongoing support and account management post-sale to foster long-term relationships and encourage repeat business

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within healthcare or justice-related markets
Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics
Proficiency with CRM platforms for managing sales pipelines and customer information
Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levels
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small, fast-paced team
