Pastry Junior Sous Chef

£17- £19 Per Hour | Full-TimeWhat we're looking for:

Proven experience as a Pastry Junior Sous Chef or a senior pastry professional ready to step up in a high-quality kitchen
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and develop a pastry team
Passion for pastry, creativity, and attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of patisserie techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations
Experience with menu development, stock control, and maintaining food cost targets
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Right to work in the UK
