2025 Position

All Square Lighting, a high-end lighting company with a design office and showroom in Notting Hill, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic showroom assistant. This role is perfect for a school leaver looking for an opportunity to develop their skills while working with a dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Welcome and provide exceptional customer service to showroom visitors, answering any inquiries about our products.
Handle incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or user.
Keep the showroom clean and tidy, ensuring it always looks presentable.
Assist with web sales by processing online orders and answering customer inquiries via email.
Carry out everyday sales activities, such as processing sales transactions and restocking shelves.

Requirements:

A positive and proactive attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Strong organisational skills to keep the showroom clean and presentable.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in web navigation and online sales platforms.
Motivated and eager to learn, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
A school leaver or recent graduate seeking valuable experience in a dynamic sales environment.
