JOIN THE COAST 2 COUNTRY CLEANING TEAM! - WEEKEND WORKING POSITION

Coast 2 Country Cleaning are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Operative to join our friendly and supportive team.

Whether you have previous cleaning experience or are looking to start a new career in the cleaning industry, we'd love to hear from you. Full in-house training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Carry out general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the premises
Clean and sanitise washrooms, toilets, sinks, and fixtures
Empty waste and recycling bins and dispose of contents appropriately
Monitor cleaning supplies and report replenishment requirements
Follow cleaning schedules and company procedures
Work safely and adhere to all health and safety requirements
Report maintenance issues or hazards promptly
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an exceptional cleaning service

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
Full training will be provided
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Reliable, punctual, and professional in approach
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Physically able to carry out cleaning duties, including bending, lifting, standing, and walking
