Overview

The Lovat Arms is a small traditional Scottish hotel in picturesque Beauly .The Area is close to Inverness with excellent access routes to the surrounding Highlands. We have great quality local produce and we would expect the chef to incorporate these ingredients to create dishes for our varied clientele.

Accommodation Can Be supplied / Couples will be considered.

Duties

Lead and supervise the kitchen operation, ensuring efficient workflow and high standards of food preparation and presentation
Oversee daily kitchen functions, including food production, inventory management, cost control and adherence to health and safety regulations
Develop menus that reflect current culinary trends whilst catering to customer preferences
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency across all dishes

Skills

Posses all skills required to manage a successful professional kitchen environment

Pay: £33,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
