Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and friendly Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service while preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other drinks with precision and care.
Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling sandwiches, or baked goods as needed.
Maintain food safety standards by adhering to hygiene protocols and cleanliness procedures at all times.
Serve customers efficiently while providing friendly, attentive service that enhances their experience.
Manage cash register operations, handle transactions accurately, and give correct change.
Keep the work area tidy, organized, and stocked with supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Support team members during busy periods by multitasking effectively and managing time efficiently.

Qualifications

Prior experience as a barista or in a customer service role is essential.
Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards is required.
Ability to perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory checks.
Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during peak hours.
Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude toward customers and team members.
Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks associated with food preparation and service.
A genuine passion for creating a welcoming environment and delivering outstanding service.
