Part-Time B2B Lead Generator

Tezlo is a fast growing B2B consultancy specialising in Telecoms, Energy and Business Broadband. We help businesses across the UK reduce costs by providing tailored solutions through our network of over 40 leading suppliers.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated, resilient and ambitious Part-Time B2B Lead Generator to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a target-driven environment, and wants excellent earning potential while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Working remotely and within our New Colchester Office, you'll play a key role in generating high-quality business opportunities and will have a clear progression path into a Sales Executive position for the right candidate.

The Role

You'll be responsible for speaking with business decision makers across the UK, identifying opportunities, qualifying prospects, and booking high-quality appointments for our Sales Consultants.

You'll work 20–24 hours per week, spread across 4 or 5 days, whichever suits you best..giving you genuine flexibility without sacrificing your earning potential.

This role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility, uncapped commission, and the chance to build a long-term career within a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to UK businesses and engage with key decision-makers.
Identify and qualify opportunities across Energy, Telecoms and Business Broadband.
Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their business requirements.
Book high-quality appointments for our senior consultants.
Maintain accurate customer records using our CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly activity and appointment targets.
Continuously develop your knowledge of the Telecoms, Energy and Broadband markets.

What We're Looking For

Essential Experience

Previous B2B telesales or lead generation experience within the Telecoms, Broadband or Utilities sector.

Salary & Benefits

Basic salary: £15,600–£18,720 (based on 20–24 hours per week).
Highly competitive uncapped commission structure.
Realistic On-Target Earnings of £40,000+ per year.
Flexible working pattern across 4 or 5 days.
