Full job description

Executive Benefit Services (UK) Ltd is looking for an experienced, diligent, and hardworking individual to join our Team in Lanark.

We are an Independent Chartered Financial Planning firm dedicated to providing comprehensive financial planning to our clients. We pride ourselves on giving our clients the highest level of service in a professional manner.

We have a full-time office based position for a dual role working with both our Client Review and Client Support Teams. Ideally, we are looking for full time but would consider part time with a minimum of 4 days. Please consider our location carefully and do not apply if you are unable to commit to commuting to Lanark – a commute of 30 mins or less would be deemed to be the most suitable.

The successful applicant will be someone that is able to work as part of a team in a busy office, with the ability to manage their workload, which will be built from instructions/work being passed by the two teams all within reasonable timescales. A good working knowledge of IT including Outlook, Excel, Word and a of 2 years administration experience, in a working office, is essential.

Financial Services knowledge and experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

Duties will include:

Collating information for client reviews and meetings
Day to day administration within electronic client files
Managing tasks and keeping client files fully up to date
Liaising with product providers to gather information
Liaising with other external parties to ensure continuity of workflow
Preparing client portfolio reports
Preparing and issuing client correspondence
Ensuring client instructions are actioned with product providers
Processing New Business
